  • After an order is placed, we require up to 2 business days to prepare it for shipping. Please note that weekends and holidays are excluded from this processing time. Orders received after 5 PM will be processed on the next business day.

  • Please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Order Tracking and Account Management

    • Purchase Confirmation and Manufacturer’s Order:

      • Upon purchase, we send an immediate confirmation email to you.
      • Initiate the manufacturer’s order, specifying the requested head spa device and any customizations.
    • Virtual Quality Assurance (QA):

      • Conduct a virtual QA process with the manufacturer.
      • Ensure that the device meets quality and Australian standards and adheres to specifications.
      • Communicate any necessary adjustments or modifications.
    • Spa Bed Completion and Shipping Manifest:

      • Monitor the progress of the spa bed’s assembly.
      • Once completed, add it to the shipping manifest.
    • Sail Date and Expected Arrival:

      • Coordinate with the shipping company to determine the sail date.
      • Inform you of the estimated arrival window.
      • Provide tracking information for transparency.
    • Shipping and Customs Clearance:

      • Monitor the shipment’s progress.
      • Facilitate customs clearance by providing necessary documentation.
      • Address any delays promptly.
    • Collection by Shipping Agent and Final Delivery:

      • Arrange for the shipping agent to collect the crated spa bed.
      • Confirm delivery details, including the delivery address.
      • Keep you informed throughout this process.

Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or multiple delivery attempts, additional shipping charges will apply for re-shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • While we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages after they’re handed over to the carrier, we’ll assist you in filing claims if necessary.

Holidays and Weekends

  • Please note that our carriers do not operate on weekends or public holidays.
  • Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.

  • For orders above $200, we offer free standard shipping within Australia. (excluding our Head Spa Beds)
