   • Upon placing an order, we allocate up to 10 business days for manufacturing and preparing the unit for international shipping.
   • The unit will be added to the “next sail date” manifest with our shipping agent.

   • Please note that weekends and holidays are excluded from this processing time, and orders received after 5 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Unpredictable International Shipping

1. Sea Freight Duration:

   • Our manufacturer ships internationally via sea, which entails a variable transit time of 20-40 days.
   • Upon arrival at your state’s port, customs clearance and pickup by a freight forwarder will occur.
   • The transport company will coordinate delivery arrangements with you.
